Servei tècnic de DELL
No sempre cal criticar les empreses per les seves malifetes! Avui tinc una de bona!
Dijous l'ordinador va morir, en sec se li va apagar la targeta gràfica i va deixar de funcionar... després de fer backups via ssh i trobar un moment compatible amb l'horari del servei tècnic de DELL, m'atenen perfectament indicant-me que fer, que provar i quan vindrà el tècnic.
Resulta que si premo la tecla D mentre s'encén l'ordinador... funciona la gràfica... XD perquè? ho investigaré... D'altra banda com que vaig comprar el portàtil al març de l'any passat (ja ha fet un anyet), sembla ser que només té 6 mesos de garantia (cosa que no comprenc perquè pensava que eren 2 anys obligatoris...) Però com que la placa base (amb la seva targeta gràfica nVidia) va sortir defectuosa la garantia està allargada i no em cobraran un €. Un punt per DELL.
Per tant demà vindran a veure'm un paio i em repararà el PC! 24h!

Les poques experiències que he tingut amb el SAT de Dell (per que no s'avarien gens els Dell que tenim a la feina) han estat molt bones. Ràpid i efectiu. El pagues, sí, però funciona, que no és poc.
I ja no parlo dels Service Pack de servei extès d'IBM, de fàbula (a preu d'or, això sí...)
